Ladiesfinger Papad Fry(a Microwave Recipe)

This Okra-Papad Fry is an easy,tasty and side-dish to Kara or vathal or tamarind Kuzhambu or Sambar and other variety rices or Indian Breads.Addition of Papad to the dish increases the quantity and crunchiness of this taste-match.This incredibly tasty sidedish needs 8-9 mins microwave cooking-time.Enjoy easy cooking at home!.Enjoy Ur Meal!.BonAppetit!.

Tasty Ladiesfinger-Papad Fry - okra and Pappad pieces fried with spices
Ingredients:
    200 gms chopped Ladiesfinger(clean and wipe dry before chopping)
    4 papads (microwave-high for a min and half and crush them)
    1/2 cup finely chopped onions
    1/4 tsp chilli powder
    a pinch of turmeric powder
    1/4 tsp cumin seeds
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp white sesame seeds(optional)-this adds fine flavor to the fry
    1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper powder
    few curry leaves
    few coriander leaves
    1/2 tsp salt to taste
    30 ml water
    1 tbsp refined oil
Directions:
    1.Take a microwave-safe bowl Add oil,mustard seeds,onion,ladiesfinger pieces,cumin seeds,a pinch of
turmeric powder and curry leaves,Mix it well and Microwave this on high for 2 mins.
    2.Take the bowl out add all the other ingredients except the Papad with 50ml water,mix it well and Microwave this mixture on high for 4-5 mins.
    3.Take the bowl out add the crushed Papad pieces,mix it well and Microwave this on medium high for 2-
3 mins.
    4.Serve this Ladiesfinger-Papad fry hot withsteamed rice and sambar or chapati.

@ your qstn about boiled tapioca fry-yes you can enjoy this masala with dosa and poori also...add more onions n tomatoes,cook with lil' water and enjoy as a accompaniment of your choice :)
