Masala Potato Fries - Sliced potato deep-fried with spices

Ingredients

1 big potato- sliced thin (like u do for french fries), put in boiling water for 2 mins(only) , taken out and wiped dry (touch with absorbent papers)
1/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp fresh garlic paste
a pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp besan flour(kadalai mavu)
1 tsp corn flour
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp chat powder
a pinch of powdered maze(optional)
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
few curry leaves
few coriander leaves
1 cup refined oil

Directions

1.Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients well except the coriander leaves, chat masala and refined oil.Leave it for 10 mins at least.
2.Heat the refined oil in a kadai and fry the marinated potato slices till crisp at the same time the white sesame seeds should not turn colour -softly stir it . Take this out.
3.Sprinkle chat masala over it.Garnish with coriander leaves.
4.Serve this with garlic sauce(Lebanese) or with tomato ketchup or with 1/2 cup of Yoghurt (1 tbsp Mayo + 1/6 tsp salt added).
