Tangy Sausage Bites

Simply tempting and easy to make sausage with spicy-sour taste that entralls one and all.U need to spare less than 10 mins in the kitchen for this easy evening snack.U can serve it as starter for parties or family get-togethers.Enjoy cooking at home.Bon Appetit!.

Tangy Sausage Bites - A tangy and delicious starter

Ingredients

fresh Chicken Sausages - 5 no.s( cut into 1 1/2 cm cubes)
green or red bell pepper -thin slices or chopped fine - 2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp(3 tsps)
tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
tomato - chilli sauce - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
a pinch of salt (very little only)
sugar - 1/2 tsp
refined oil- 2 tsps
a pinch of sage /oregano - for an optional flavour which ur tastebuds demand

Directions

1.Heat oil in a tawa and put these sausage pieces and stir-fry for 2 mins.keep this aside.
2.Dissolve sugar in tomato ketchup and tomato chilli sauce.
3.In the remaining oil,add chopped red and green capsicum pieces and a pinch of sage or oregano - little and saute for a min,which add a fine taste and flavour to this dish.
4.Add oyster sauce,tomato-chilli sauce, tomato ketchup,chilli powder and salt and mix for 30 secs and then add the little fried sausage pieces and saute wel and cook for 4-5 mins.
5.That's all. Serve hot.

Note:
This can be served as an evening snack or a tangy starter on special occasions or family get-togethers- with
toothpicks inserted.
