Baby Potato Masala Fry (a Microwave Recipe) - Baby potatoes dry-cooked with spices
Ingredients:
12 baby potatoes
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp crushed jeera
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp fresh pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala or curry masala
1/2 tsp mutton masala
1 tsp besan flour
1/2 tsp salt
few curry and coriander leaves
1/2 tsp lemon juice(optional)
1 tbsp refined oil
Directions
1.Wash the potatoes clan.Take a microwave bowl and add 600ml water.Put the baby potatoes and microwave this on high for 6-7 mins (till half-cooked).
2.Take the bowl out and allow this to cool.Peel off the skin and prick the potatoes with a fork.
3.Mix all the spices except oil and then apply oil to these to the baby potatoes.
4.Microwave this on high for 5-7 mins till golden brown slightly.
5.Serve this hot with rice with Dal curry or Sambar or Curd rice.
Tips: U can Grill these baby potatoes but it may require more mins.
