Whenever I do this Fish Fry,this will be finished in mins.So tasty is this Fish Fry that I thought to share this recipe with you.U can try this on special occassions and If served with Sambar Rice or Coconut Rice,your Guests will remember you for a long...long time.Adding powdered Saunf and Cumin to the masala diminishes the unpleasant fishy smell of this fry.If u find it spicier just add 1 tsp cornflour with spices for a crisp fish fry.Add few chopped curry leaves while shallow or deep-frying in oil,this adds nice flavor to the Fish fry and u can use the excess oil(if deep-fried) for any other non-veg fries that week.Please add your comments after trying this fish fry at home and Enjoy Your Meal!.Bon Appetit!.
Spicy Fish Fry - a new way to enjoy Fish Fry very much tastier
Ingredients
5 King or any good Fish Pieces
1 tsp Chilli Powder - want it less-spiced add 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
1/2 tsp Saunf Powder
a pinch of Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tsp Lemon Juice
3/4 tsp Salt (to taste)
4 tbsp Oil (for frying).
For Garnishing:
Chopped Onions
Chopped Coriander leaves
Chopped Curry leaves
For Cleaning the Fish:
1 tsp salt
Directions
1.Clean the fish with 1 tsp salt and wash it well.Mix chilli Powder,jeera powder,saunf powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder,ginger-garlic paste,lemon Juice and Salt.
2.Make a fine paste and apply this spicy masala paste on the King Fish Pieces and marinate them for half-an hour atleast.
3.Heat oil in a Kadai and shallow fry these fish pieces till golden brown on bothsides.
4.Serve hot with fried(chopped) onions,(chopped)coriander and curry leaves over them.

Tips:
U can fry Chicken this way.You can also fry prawns this way but add 1/2 tsp vinegar instead of lemon juice.This will minimize the shrinking of the prawns when deep-fried.
