Dryfish Onion Stirfry

This stir fry is easy to do(can be done in 8 mins) and serves 3 nos. My hubby taught me this stirfry. No need to add salt cause the dry-fish is already salty.Try this with boiled fresh-fish pieces( shredded),minced mutton,chicken too.Enjoy Ur Meal!.BonAppetit!.

Dryfish Onion Stirfry - Dry-fish pieces stirfried with onions and spices
Ingredients :
6 nos Any good dry-fish(Seer,sardines,anchovy etc.) - (cut into 2cm lengthy pieces)
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 tomato -finely chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste(optional)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 green chilli-chopped finely
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp fresh pepper powder
few curry leaves
few coriander leaves
2 tsp refined oil
1/2 lemon - for cleaning

Directions:

    1.Clean dry fish pieces well in water with lemon juice.
    2.Heat oil in a pan and put mustard seeds,cumin seeds,onion pieces and curry leaves.Saute this for 2 mins.
    3.Add tomato pieces,ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves.Saute this for 2 mins.
    3.Add dry fish pieces, chilli powder,turmeric powder and pepper powder.Saute for 3-4 mins and then turn
off the flame.
    4.This Easy dryfish stirfry is a tasty one.
    5.Serve hot with rice and a mild curry.(U can use this as a sandwich filler also).
