This tasty Mixer was over within an hour when I tried it first time..Believe me.Try this out at home.It needs 10 mins to do. and serves 4 nos.Enjoy ur Teatime!.BonAppetit!.
Sweet Mixer - Mixer made with gramdal,cashews and chopped coconut slices
Ingredients :
1/2 cup puffed rice
1 cup dry fruits
1/4 cup gram dhal-split
1/4 cup corn flakes - honey (optional)
2 tbsp Chopped coconut slices
1/4 cup split peanuts-peeled
2 tbsp split cashew nuts
2 tbsp cup kismis
2 tbsp cup almonds-peeled and split
a pinch of chilli powder
2-3 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
few curry leaves
2 tsp ghee and 2 refined oil
Directions :
1.Heat oil and ghee , add chopped coconut slices , kismis, cashews,,almonds and saute for a min.
2.Keep the flame low.Add puffed rice , gram daal, peanuts, curry leaves and salt.Saute this for 2-3 mins.
3.Add sugar and mix this well on heal for abt 20- 30 secs and turn off the flame immediately.
3.Turn off the flame. Sprinkle chilli powder and mix well.Thats all!.
