Egg Moglai Gravy

A rich and very tasty home of Egg preparation is given here to try on special occassions.A typical Moglai recipe  which ur family will enjoy having it for Dinner with Bread or Indian Breads.Enjoy Cooking at home!. This can be done in 15 mins time and this serves 4 nos.U can do this dish with whole Eggs/Egg halves or with/without Kasur methi.Enjoy ur Meal!.Bon Appetit!

Egg Moglai Gravy - a Tasty home preparation Of  Mughalai or Moglai Egg Curry
 Ingredients:
    4 Eggs
    1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    a pinch of turmeric powder
    a pinch of coriander powder
    a pinch of nutmeg powder
    a pinch of maze powder
    1 onion - medium sized (sliced)
    1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
    1 tbsp yoghurt(curd)
    1/2 tsp kasoori methi
    1/2 tsp garam masala
    lilltle more than 1/2 tsp salt - to taste
    250 ml water
    1 tbsp cooking oil(or butter)
     ground onion masala paste of 1 onion with 1/2 inch size ginger + `1 big clove of garlic + 1 tbsp yoghurt +               1/2 tsp garam masala
     ground tomato masala paste of  1 tomato (medium-sized) + 6-7 cashewnuts + 2 tsp poppy seeds(soaked for 20 mins)
Directions
    1.Hard boil the eggs for abt 8 - 10 mins,shell them and cut them into halves.Keep them aside
    2.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion slices till golden brown, then add ground onion masala and fry till
oil starts to leave the mixture.i.e upto 4-5 mins on good flame.
    3.Add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,nutmeg powder and maze powder and saute it for 2 mins.
    4.Add the tomato paste with 250 ml water, then add curd, salt to taste and the chopped coriander leaves.
    5.sprinkle garam masala and saute well for a min.
    6.Add the eggs and mix it well till it is covered well in the masala.Don't turn it often.
    7.Cook for about 2-3 minutes and then add kasur methi and stir-cook without disturbing the Egg for a min or 2 more mins till done.(Otherwise U can add boiled eggs at the end when the gravy is done).
    8.Serve it hot with Steamed  rice or Bread or Indian Breads.
