Lassi is a popular and traditionally Sweet yogurt-based drink in India. It is done blending yogurt with water & sugar or honey. Lassi is a perfect thirst quencher & refreshing drink which can be tried at home easily. When done with Oats its more a filling Healthy Smoothie. Try this Oats Lassi at home and Enjoy Easy healthy Blends this Summer. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!
Oats Lassi
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Oatmeal
500 ml Lowfat Leban Up (or 200gms lowfat Yogurt + 200 ml Water)
2 tbsp honey or 4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp cardamom powder - optional
few Ice Cubes - Optional
Directions:
1.Blend Leban Up and Oatmeal till gets well for 30 secs using a blender.
2.Add vanilla extract,sugar or honey and Icecubes(optional). Blend it for a min more.
3.Serve it in 2 tall glasses with a dash of honey on top.
