Baked Spring Onion Packora

Wanted to try it last month for an Event but could n't .Tried this baked version which needs less oil in the process. U can try this Packoras the same day u do Chilli or Chinese Manchurian dishes or fried rice and try it as teatime snack with the left-over Spring Onions.I found Aachi bajji bonda mix very aromatic and extra-ordinary.If u don't like it,use plain besan flour which U find good enough and add 1/4 tsp Asafoetida to it and mix it well with the other mentioned spices. Try this recipe at home!.Enjoy ur teatime. BonAppetit!.
