Cheese Triangles - A snack made with grated cheese and maida flour
Ingredients
2 cups maida(refined) flour
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt or needed
200 ml refined oil
Directions
1.Mix all the ingredients except the oil to make a stiff fine dough.Spread it and roll it into round shape as u do for parota and spread it again and roll it.Repeat it 3-4 times
2.Divide the dough into lemon-size balls. Roll it out into small poories.
3.Take a knife and cut the spread dough to triangles of 1 inch size.
4.Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the cheese triangles till golden brown on both sides.There will be 2-3 layers in the triangles.
5.Serve it hot at teatime.
Note:
U can add 1 tsp white sesame seeds(optional) and half-crushed cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp(optional) to the flour while kneading.This improves the taste as well as the flavor of the dish truly.
