Egg Pakora

U might have heard of boiled Egg Pakora which needs 10 mins extra time to finish the snack and thus done boiled Yolk pieces almost get wasted in the process.Try this Scrambled Egg Pakora (needs less time) for a change.It can serve U a good and perfect teatime snack quickly.Very tasty and kids will love it.U need 10 mins time in the kitchen and this serves 4 nos.Try this recipe at home and Enjoy delish Egg Pakoras this Teatime.Yummy!.

Egg Pakora:
Ingredients:
2 Eggs - scrambled with 1 tsp oil.
3/4 cup aachi bajji bonda mix
1/5 tsp of chilli powder
1/3 cup water
2 cloves of garlic - crushed
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
3 curry leaves - chopped
1 tbsp butter - optional
a pinch of salt
a pinch of maze powder
200 ml oil - for deep frying

Directions:
1.Mix Aachi bonda/bajji mix with garlic cloves,Butter, a pinch of maze powder,salt,chilli powder, curry and
coriander leaves and needed water.Mix well so that no lumps should form.The batter should be very thick .
2.Add the scrambled eggs to the gramflour batter and Mix well.Arrange the gramflour batter in shapeless pieces.
3.Heat oil in a kadai and  deep-fry the packoras till it turns golden brown.
4.Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
Microwave Recipe of the same:
After doing step1 and 2
3.Arrange the gramflour batter in shapeless pieces with few drops of oil sprinkled on top over a MicroWave-safe tray.Similarly make all the pakoras.
4.M/Wave this on high for 3 mins.Take the tray out.Flip the pakoras and sprinkle few drops of oil on top.M/wave this on Medium High for 4-6 mins.(Times may vary by 1-2 mins.Check Ur Oven Manual before rushing to the kitchen).Take this out.
5.Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.

interesting way of doing it. I usually boil and then half the eggs. then fry.
