Healthy Oats Veg Seekh Kebab

This can serve a tasty and Healthy Vegetable Kebab for Parties and Get-togethers or anytime.Taste of this juicy Oats Kebab is simply super inviting and flavorfully delicious.This will melt in ur mouth- if perfectly done. Though it is typically Skewer type, U can try it deep or shallow frying or grilling or BBQ-ing . U can have it alone or as taste-match or Hotdog or can wrap it in Chapati and serve it as Breakfast or Dinner with  Sauce of ur choice or Dip or with green Mint Chutney. U can try this Kebab with Bread,Noodles,Pasta, Riceflakes etc. Enjoy this easy-to make Veg.version of Seekh Kebab. Enjoy Easy cooking at home!. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Healthy Oats Veg Seekh Kebab - Easy to make Oats Vegetable Seekh Kebab
Ingredients:
     80 gms Oats
    1/2 carrot - grated
    2 tbsp chopped Greens or Spinach
    2 tbsp Sprouted Mung beans - little crushed
    2 tbsp green peas- crushed coarsely
    2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    1 green chilli - pasted fine(optional)
    1/2 tsp garam masala powder 
    1/2 tsp salt or needed
    1/4 tsp red chilli powder
    2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
    few mint and coriander leaves
    2 tbsp refined oil (optional)
    lemon wedges(for garnishing)
Directions:
1.Heat 2 tsp oil in a Kadai, add grated carrot, crushed Mungdal, green peas, chopped Greens (or Spinach), Ginger-garlic paste, Garam masala, Green Chilli paste and saute it for 2-3 mins.
2. Add Oats and 40 -50 ml  water(don't add more). Mix all the other ingredients excluding breadcrumbs together for about 4-5 mins. Turn off the flame and let it cool. Add the breadcrumbs and mix it well.
3.Shape them into sausages and shallow-fry or(Using skewers and), grill them in Oven or barbecue till golden brown on both sides after applying oil on the sides.
4.Garnish with lemon wedges and serve it hot  as such or with tomato sauce or as a taste-match to Biryani and Fried Rice or Hotdog or Chapati Wrap with Dip of  Ur Choice or  with Green Mint Chutney.
