Spinach(Palak) Pasta

This Spinach Pasta serves a healthy and filling meal any time.Intake of greens in a meal  daily improves general health and blood generation - doesn't matter whether it is a breakfast or a lunch.This is a simple and Simply easy and delicious Pasta preparation.Healthy recipe too.Can be done in  6 mins time.Serves 2-3 nos.Enjoy ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Palak Pasta - cooked with fresh vegetables and Palak


Ingredients
    3 cups done pasta - cook and drain
    1 cup Palak(Spinach - chopped finely)
    1 tomato - finely chopped
    1 onions - finely chopped
    1 garlic - pressed
    1 tsp white pepper powder
    1/4 tsp salt or to taste
    1 tbsp Garlic Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
    1.Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and saute chopped onions and chopped garlic first.
    2.Saute tomatoes chopped,tomato-chilli sauce and basil leaves for a min.
    3.Add Palak leaves,salt and pepper powder and saute them for 3 mins.
    4.Now add the 3 cups cooked pasta and toss it well.Then add the mayonnaise and check the salt. Mix them well for few seconds .
    5.Serve this Palak Pasta hot with ur fav fruit drink.
Tips:
1.I tried it adding paste of  Spinach but it didn't improve the taste.
2.U can add 2 chopped basil leaves in Step 1 or in Step 4.This add increases the flavor and taste of the pasta definitely.
3.U can add scrambled Egg or oil-roasted Sausage pieces or Shredded -Chicken or Tuna flakes in Step 4 while adding the Pasta.This becomes a great Combo.

Capsicum Pasta

This recipe of mine got published 2 yrs ago in KK.com and became a super-hit immediately.In this the Pasta delicately cooked with capsicum slices and spices in olive oil.This can be a mouth-watering breakfast with Melon Spicy Drink.Needless to say,this as a very simple and inspiring recipe.Try it at  home and this serves 2-3 nos.Can be done in 10 mins cooking time.Enjoy ur breakfast and Bon Appetit!.

Capsicum Pasta - Pasta cooked with spices and capsicum


Ingredients

100 gm done plain pasta or done with tastemakers
1 cup chopped red-bellpepper
2 whole red chillies
2 cloves garlic(chopped)
3 tbsp tomato (puree)
6 almonds(skinned and little roasted and ground as a powder)
2 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp paprika - (dried capsicum powder)
1 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp or needed salt
1 tsplemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp butter

Directions

1.Oil-saute the tomato puree in olive oil and leave it to cool.Grind the tomato puree,red chillies,white pepper powder,lemon juice and a pinch of salt to make it like a sauce.
2.Add almond powder,paprika,cooked pasta to the sauce and mix them well.
3.Heat butter in a kadai,add chopped garlic,capsicum pieces and a pinch of salt and saute for 3 mins atleast so that the capsicum pieces get half-cooked.
4.Add it to the the pasta in sauce and mix well adding the mayonnaise.
5.Serve it hot with Melon Spicy Drink.

Cheesy Lemon Pasta

Italian cuisine is light,healthy and also delicious.This cheesy lemon pasta will be ur kid's fav and very easy to do If U try it once at ur home.Left over-if any - can be added to the Green Pasta Salad. A warming bowl of pasta ensures you a filling meal,infact a shot-meal,anytime.This recipe can be tried with noodles and spaghetti. Enjoy Easy Cooking at home.Enjoy Ur Meal!.Bon Appetit!.

Cheesy Lemon Pasta

Ingredients:
100 gm pasta
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp white pepper powder
1tsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped lemon grass
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion(optional)
4-5 basil leaves-finely chopped(optional)
1 egg white

Directions:
1.Cook the pasta with needed water,1 tsp olive oil,chopped lemon grass and salt until tender for about 5-6 minutes on good flame.Drain the water.Rinse with cold water.Keep this aside.
2.Whisk the egg white,mayonnaise,garlic clove,butter,parmesan cheese and lemon juice in a blender for a few seconds to prepare the cheesy-lemon sauce.
3.Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a non-stick pan,add the done pasta and lemon sauce.Toss the pasta with the lemon sauce,adding 2-3 tbsp water,as needed to moisten.
4.Season with a pinch of salt(needed),white pepper powder,chopped parsley,chopped spring onion(optional) and chopped basil leaves.
5.Serve this Cheesy Lemon Pasta hot for breakfast.

Note: U can add boiled chicken pieces(shredded) in step 3.
