Lemon and Curd Noodles

This Lemon Noodles is done with a South-Indian touch (Using the same recipe for Lemon Rice and Sevai (Vermicelli or Rice Noodles)).It can be done in 5 mins cooking time - one of the Quickest Meals.This serves two.It can be packed for Lunch.If done for adults,U can add 1/4 tsp grated ginger while seasoning,this adds flavor and taste.The Same way U can do Curd Noodles too.Enjoy Easy Cooking at home!.Enjoy ur Meal!.BonAppetit!.

Lemon  and Curd Noodles - Indian Noodles Preparation with Lemon juice and Curd or Plain Yoghurt respectively.
Lemon Noodles:
Ingredients:
100gm noodles
1/2 lemon's juice
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 redchillies
1 tsp and curry leaves and coriander leaves - finely chopped
1 pack tastemaker
a pinch of salt
1 tsp coconut oil + 1 tsp refined oil

Directions:
1.Heat a non stick sauce pan and do noodles with needed water(350 ml) w/o adding tastemaker for 2-3 mins.
2.Heat both the oils,splutter mustard seeds,red chillies,curry leaves and coriander leaves.Saute it for 40 secs and add lemon juice,tastemaker and a pinch of salt-if needed.Stir it for a min and add the done noodles.Turn off the flame and mix it or toss it well.
3.Serve this lemon noodles hot or pack it for lunch(to pack it for lunch the noodles must not be done dry).

                    Curd Noodles:

Ingredients:

3.Add a pinch of salt and curd or yoghurt and mix it well.
4.Serve this Curd noodles hot sprinkling taste maker on top or pack it for lunch(to pack it for lunch the noodles must not be done dry).
