Cheesy Lemon Pasta

Italian cuisine is light,healthy and also delicious.This cheesy lemon pasta will be ur kid's fav and very easy to do If U try it once at ur home.Left over-if any - can be added to the Green Pasta Salad. A warming bowl of pasta ensures you a filling meal,infact a shot-meal,anytime.This recipe can be tried with noodles and spaghetti. Enjoy Easy Cooking at home.Enjoy Ur Meal!.Bon Appetit!.

Cheesy Lemon Pasta

Ingredients:
100 gm pasta
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp white pepper powder
1tsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped lemon grass
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion(optional)
4-5 basil leaves-finely chopped(optional)
1 egg white

Directions:
1.Cook the pasta with needed water,1 tsp olive oil,chopped lemon grass and salt until tender for about 5-6 minutes on good flame.Drain the water.Rinse with cold water.Keep this aside.
2.Whisk the egg white,mayonnaise,garlic clove,butter,parmesan cheese and lemon juice in a blender for a few seconds to prepare the cheesy-lemon sauce.
3.Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a non-stick pan,add the done pasta and lemon sauce.Toss the pasta with the lemon sauce,adding 2-3 tbsp water,as needed to moisten.
4.Season with a pinch of salt(needed),white pepper powder,chopped parsley,chopped spring onion(optional) and chopped basil leaves.
5.Serve this Cheesy Lemon Pasta hot for breakfast.

Note: U can add boiled chicken pieces(shredded) in step 3.
