Baked Potato with Cheese Veg Fillings

Baked Potato has a flushy interior and a crisp skin  when done well. It may be served with fillings on top.U should scrub and wash the potato well before baking,let it dry and rub it with olive oil or butter and/or salt. Prick the potato with a fork or knife so that steam escapes during the cooking process.This serves one.Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Baked Potato with Cheese Veg Fillings - a Conventional Oven Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Big potato weighing 150 -200 gms
1-2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tsp butter + 1/4 tsp salt - mix it well
a pinch of white pepper powder
2-3 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp Sweetcorn
1 tbsp finely chopped carrot
1 tsp greenpeas
2 tbsp finely chopped beetroot
2 - 3 black olives chopped
a pinch of chives
a pinch of salt
Directions:
1.U should scrub and wash the potato well,let it dry and rub it with olive oil + butter + salt.Prick the potato
with a fork or knife.
2. It takes between one - one hour and 15 mins to bake a potato in a conventional oven after pre-heating the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
3.Sprinkle a pinch of salt and mix well.Mix the cream cheese with mixed vegs .
4.Cut open the centre of the baked Potato spread it without peeling the skin off-sprinkle a pinch of white pepper powder,spread the cheese-veg spreading and sprinkle chives and black olives on Top.
5.Serve it hot anytime.It serves U a filling meal.

Baked Potato - a Microwave Recipe

Potato has a flushy interior and a crisp skin  when baked well. It may be served with fillings on top.Before
baking,U should scrub and wash the potato well,let it dry and rub it with olive oil or butter and/or salt. Prick
the potato with a fork or knife so that steam escapes during the cooking process. Potatoes cooked in a microwave without pricking the skin might explode due to internal pressure.(It takes between one - one hour and 15 mins to bake a potato in a conventional oven after pre-heating the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6). Microwaving takes 6-12 mins depending on the size of the potato.This serves one.Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

2. Microwave it on high upto 6 mins and then take it out, rub it with oil again and M/W on high for 3 mins
3.Again take it out and rub it with oil and M/W on medium-high for 4-5 mins.(This can be done on  high for 6-12 mins depending on the size of the potato).After a min pause,take the potato out.Keep it aside.
4.Place the Vegs in a M/W safe bowl and M/W on high for a min.Sprinkle a pinch of salt and mix well.Mix the cream cheese with mixed vegs .
5.Cut open the centre of the baked Potato spread it without peeling the skin off-sprinkle a pinch of white pepper powder,spread the cheese-veg spreading and sprinkle chives and black olives on Top.
6.Microwave it for a min more on high.
7.Serve it hot anytime.It serves U a filling meal.
