Healthy Breakfast Grilled Sandwich

Feeding kids with tasty yet healthy breakfast is a challenge.Esp,When it comes to Breakfast,kids can be very fussy.They luv varieties.Try this simply inviting and tempting Grilled Healthy Sandwich with any of the two layers mentioned in this recipe. This one is very much filling as well as light on stomach.Good for growing kids and all.Try any two layers of ur choice if u have a small Sandwich grill Toaster.Can be done in 12 mins time.Can serve it as a Short-meal too.Try this at home and enjoy.Enjoy your Meal!. Healthy Breakfast Grilled Sandwich - Grilled Wheat Bread Sandwich with healthy and tasty ingredients:
Ingredients:
    8 wheat bread slices-edges removed
    1 cup oat flakes - soaked in drinking water for a sec and squeezed
    1 cup sprouted g.moong dal
    3 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tsp white pepper powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp lemon juice
    60 gm salted butter
    1/2 cup mixed grated veg of carrot, red carrot, cabbage and purple cabbage
    1 boiled egg - sliced into 6 using an egg slicer
    1 cucumber sliced into 12 slices
    1 tomato - sliced into 8 slices
    4 low fat cheese spread
    3-4 finely chopped black olives
    2 lettuce leaves - cut into bread slice size

Directions:
1.Mix the grated veg with black olives,Oats flakes, sprouted moong dal,little salt,2 tbsp mayonnaise,1/2 tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp lemon juice well(should not be wet).Keep this aside.
2.Spread butter all bread slices both sides.
3.Place half the step 1 mix over a bread slice and place one more bread slice and over it.
4.Place egg slices(3 no.s) side by side over the bread slice,sprinkle little pepper(1/4 tsp) and salt and add cucumber slices(6 no.s) over them and place another bread slice.
 5.Place the tomato slices(4 no.s) and over it place 1 tsp mayonnaise spread lettuce leave and close it with a bread slice.Toast in a grill toaster till the sides turn little brown.
 6.Similarly do one more sandwich with the remaining 4 wheat bread slices.Cut them in to 2 Serve this hot with tomato ketchup.(U can try this Healthy Club Sandwich with any of the two layers mentioned in the recipe.This will be easy for You to do and have).

Note: U can even add boiled and shredded Chicken pieces with mayonnaise & little salt in the Lettuce leaf
layer if u want or French Fries  with Mustard Sauce or Lebanese Garlic Sauce Dip in this layer.
