Curryleaves Biryani

This aromatic Biryani is simple made and healthy.U can try this recipe with coriander and mint leaves or try adding chopped greens or Spinach.It can be done in 20 mins and serves 4-5 nos. Try this Biryani for vatiation and serve it with boiled Egg slices or Potato Chips or ur choicest raita. Enjoy ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Curryleaves Biryani
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups(150 gms) Basmati Rice
1 tbsp ghee
2 cloves + 2 cardamoms + 1 inch cinnamon stick(crushed) + 1 bay leaf
1/6 tsp turmeric powder
2 sprigs of curry leaves
1 onion - sliced fine
1 tomato - sliced fine
1 tsp Aachi Biryani Masala
1 cm ginger piece + 2-3 garlic cloves + 1 green chilli pasted with 5-6 sprigs of curryleaves
2 green chillies - slit
 1/2 handful coriander leaves
1 tbsp mint leaves
1/2 tsp salt or needed
2 tsp refined oil
Directions:
1.wash the basmati rice and  ghee-roast it for 2 mins and keep it aside.
2.Heat 2 tsp oil  in a pressure pan. Add cloves +  cardamoms + cinnamon stick + bay leaf + chopped 2 sprigs o curry leaves + chopped coriander leaves + chopped mint leaves.
3.Fry the onions and slit green chillies for 4 mins till done golden brown and then add the tomato slices with Aachi Biryani Masala powder,turmeric powder and salt and saute it or 3 mins.
4.Add ginger garlic paste cashew masala .Check for salt and stir-fry it for 3 mins.
5.Add the ghee-roasted basmati rice with 2 1/2 cups water and mix well and cover and cook upto 1 whistle and turn off the flame.Wait for the pressure to be released.
6.Serve it hot with raita of ur choice, boiled Egg slices, chips,stew or korma of ur choice.
