Healthy Sprout Mungbeans Salad

Today this recipe has been served as Healthy recipe of the Day.This Salad improves blood generation,skin complexion and Blood Hb.Intake of this everyday makes ur skin glow(shd try it for 2 weeks atleast).Those who are on Diet - can have it excluding Banana.Good food-supplement for Anemic patients.If U hesitate to consume it raw,add the grated Beetroot to a microwave-safe bowl with grated cabbage and sprouted Moongbeans and microwave it for 2-3 mins(don't do it extra time) on medium-high and mix it with other ingredients at the time of serving.This serves 4 nos.Make Ur Life Happy,Healthy and Delicious.Enjoy Ur Meal!.Bon Appetit!

Healthy Sprout Mungbeans Salad
Ingredients:
50 gms Sprouted Mungbeans - cleaned and soaked for 15 mins
50 gms (small)Beetroot -grated
50 gms or one carrot -grated
3 tbsp grated cabbage or purple cabbage
1 red banana or Papaya - finely chopped
2 tbsp grated coconut- optional
2 tbsp honey
Directions:
These ingredients should be mixed in the same order(one by one) - at the time of serving.Ideal Salad to accompany Breakfast. and serve it immediately.
