Bhindi(Ladiesfinger) Kurkure

If U fry chopped bhindi(Ladiesfinger) in oil,it will turn crisp in few mins.This recipe is the same but done with spiced Bhindi.This crisp Bhindi Kurkure can be taken alone or served with yoghurt.This can be done in 8-10 mins time and serves 4 nos.Serve it with rice varieties or add it to the top of thick plain yoghurt(mixed with little salt) with 2 tbsp kara boondhi and grated carrot and taste it alone or with Biryani.Enjoy Ur Meal!. Crisp Bhindi Kurkure - Crisp-fried Bhindis with spices

Ingredients
    10 Bhindis (ladies-finger) - chopped into 1 cm sized pieces and wiped well with tissues
    1/2 tsp chilli powder
    1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper powder
    1/6 tsp turmeric powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tbsp besan flour or Aachi bajji bonda Mix
    1 tsp lemon juice
    100 ml refined oil
Directions:
    1.Mix all the ingredients except the refined oil well.Divide into 3 equal portions.
    2.Heat refined oil in a kadai and fry the bhindis till crisp and little brown(stirring continuously).
    3.Serve it with rice varieties or add it to the top of thick plain yoghurt(mixed with little salt) with 2 tbsp kara boondhi and grated carrot and taste it alone or serve it as raita with Biryani or Pulao.

Note:
Cut the Ladiesfingers into 1 cm pieces and don't add more than 1 tbsp besanflour.
