Spinach(Palak) Pasta

This Spinach Pasta serves a healthy and filling meal any time.Intake of greens in a meal  daily improves general health and blood generation - doesn't matter whether it is a breakfast or a lunch.This is a simple and Simply easy and delicious Pasta preparation.Healthy recipe too.Can be done in  6 mins time.Serves 2-3 nos.Enjoy ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Palak Pasta - cooked with fresh vegetables and Palak


Ingredients
    3 cups done pasta - cook and drain
    1 cup Palak(Spinach - chopped finely)
    1 tomato - finely chopped
    1 onions - finely chopped
    1 garlic - pressed
    1 tsp white pepper powder
    1/4 tsp salt or to taste
    1 tbsp Garlic Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
    1.Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and saute chopped onions and chopped garlic first.
    2.Saute tomatoes chopped,tomato-chilli sauce and basil leaves for a min.
    3.Add Palak leaves,salt and pepper powder and saute them for 3 mins.
    4.Now add the 3 cups cooked pasta and toss it well.Then add the mayonnaise and check the salt. Mix them well for few seconds .
    5.Serve this Palak Pasta hot with ur fav fruit drink.
Tips:
1.I tried it adding paste of  Spinach but it didn't improve the taste.
2.U can add 2 chopped basil leaves in Step 1 or in Step 4.This add increases the flavor and taste of the pasta definitely.
3.U can add scrambled Egg or oil-roasted Sausage pieces or Shredded -Chicken or Tuna flakes in Step 4 while adding the Pasta.This becomes a great Combo.

Its very difficult to get my son to eat spinach, but he loves pasta. Hope this lovely recipe gets him to eat his veggies.
