Veg Masala Stuffed Chapati

While preparing Stuffed Chapati, always remember that the Veg masala stuffing should be as dry as possible and without much oil.U can do variations like preparing Chapati with stuffed chicken or Sausages or tuna masala or Aloo(potato) masala -replacing those ingredients with Mixed vegetables in this recipe.Just cook with the boiled and shredded chicken pieces instead of mixed vegs.Try this recipe with Mushroom and capsicum masala stuffing -which also has a terrific taste. If u were not able to spend time spreading the stuffing inside, just add the stuffing to the dough - knead it for a min more and then spread the chapatis or u can roll it with Mixed Veg masala inside after plain chapatis are done. Its upto You.Try this at home and Enjoy!.Bon Appetit!.
