Seven Fruits SoyMilkshake

U can call it as a One Glass Meal since it  provides all the nutritive food-suppliments in this Fruity Soymilkshake.Seven fruits are added with honey,sugar and crushed nuts and raisins to make this fruit Soymilkshake.Try and Taste how good  this is.Highly healthy and yumm combo to quench ur thirst and boost ur energy on a tiring day.Enjoy this drink.

Seven Fruits Milkshake


Ingredients

1 litre  low-fat soymilk
1/2 Musk-melon - peeled and chopped in to fine pieces
20 gms soaked raisins  - peeled ,de-seeded and
1 firm-ripe banana - chopped fine
1 apple - peeled and chopped fine
1 pomegranate - peeled
50 gm seedless grape
10 dates -de-seeded
3 tbsp honey
100 gm sugar

Directions

1.Mix all the ingredients together  except crushed nuts and raisins .
2.Blend this in a blender and serve this chilled in 30 mins time(or with ur fav ice-cream on top). That's all!.

Vanilla Tea Soymilkshake

This is a recipe of Tea milkshake. Vanilla  flavored Teabags r easily available in Dubai. I had a chance of tasting it last week and tried this soymilkshake few days back as  the flavors blended nicely. Tastes fine if served Chilled with Vanilla Icecream Scoop on top.Try it at home if u get a chance to buy Vanilla flavored Tea-since it needs few simple ingredients.This Serves 4.Enjoy it anytime!.BonAppetit!.

Vanilla Tea Soymilkshake -Soymilk blended with Vanilla tea extract.

Ingredients
3-4 tbsp vanilla Tealeaves
500 ml Soymilk
300gm vanilla Icecream
250 ml water
3 tbsp sugar

Directions:

1.Heat 250 ml water and prepare tea extracts or black-tea after water begins to boil.
2.Add it to Soymilk and add sugar and mix it well.
3.Refrigerate for 20 mins atleast.Blend in a mixer and Serve it in tall glasses or with vanilla Icecream on top.Enjoy!.

Banana Dates SoyMilkshake

Sorry friends,I was not able to post any recipe for a day as my system crashed yesterday - after someone hacked my system. This recipe is 2 yrs old and I altered it to make it healthier. It has been said long that a bunch of dates after meals is good for health. It it has been with Apple or Banana-it is even better. Adding Soya milk instead of Low-fat Milk makes this drink more nutritious.Try this Soymilkshake and drop your comments.

Banana Dates SoyMilkshake- Soymilkshake done with Banana,Dates and Apple


Ingredients
        one soft and ripe banana
         10 de-seeded dates
         one apple -peeled and de-seeded
         500 ml  soymilk
         15 raisins (clean and soaked in lukewarm water for 5 mins)
         2 tsp Honey 
         2 tbsp sugar
         saffron - a pinch
         ice cubes - 3 no.s
         cashews(crushed and caramelized) - 2 tsp
         Ur choice of Icecream on top - optional


Directions:
  1. Blend the bananas  with the milk first then add apple pieces,dates, raisins,honey,sugar, ice cubes and blend this with Soymilkshake for 2 mins well.
  2. Pour this milkshake into 3-4 glasses.
  3. Top it with Icream scoop and caramelized cashew(crushed).
  4. Refrigerate this  for 15 mins .
  5. This will taste good if served after 15 mins (don't put it in freezer over 15 mins and consume it in an hour.
  6. Enjoy this Soymilkshake and post your comments.
Note:
Banana pieces should not exceed 1  cup .

Lychee SoyMilkshake

Lychees have fine flavour and generally good for health.Lychee is low in Saturated Fat and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium and a good source of Copper and Vitamin C. Try this recipe with fresh Lychees (ripe) otherwise with tinned lychees.

Lychee SoyMilkshake - Milkshake made with Lychee

Ingredients:
1 tin Lychee (in sugar syrup)-drain the sugar syrup
300ml low fat milk or soy milk
200 gm Vanilla Ice cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sugar
few wafe

Directions:
1.Grind the Lychees with 100gm vanilla Icecream,low fat milk,sugar and vanilla essence using a blender.
2.Serve this chilled in two tall glasses with Vanilla Icecream scoop on each of them and with honey toppings and wafers.
