Vegetable Seekh Kebab - Easy to make Vegetable Seekh Kebab
Ingredients:
1/2 carrot
6 cauliflower florets
6 french beans
1 potato - boiled and mashed
2 tbsp green peas-ground coarsely
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 green chilli - pasted fine(optional)
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp salt or needed
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
few mint and coriander leaves
2 tbsp refined oil (optional)
lemon wedges(for garnishing)
Directions:
1.Cut the vegetables.Parboil them,drain the water and let it cool.Wipe the water with tissues and grind
them to a paste.
2.Mix all the other ingredients together and mix this with ground vegetable paste well.
3.Shape them into sausages and shallow fry or(Using skewers and) grill them in oven barbecue till golden
brown on both sides after applying oil on the sides.
4.Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
