Macaroni Pepper Fry

Who said Macaroni can be taken only if fully cooked with tastemakers and Veg.s or Chicken.This recipe tells
U how can U eat it half-cooked and as a deep-fried tea-time snack.This star hotel recipe is easy to do and yumm!.This Yumm-fried Macaroni will just melt in ur mouth if done fine.Vegetarians can even serve it as a
Starter for family Parties with Ketch-up of ur choice. Tasty teatime snack to try at home friends.Preparation time - just 15 mins.

Macaroni Pepper Fry

Ingredients

100 gm macaroni-half cooked and rinsed with 1 tsp olive oil
2 bread slices-toasted Pop-up Toaster and pulsed in mixer-grinder after removing edges
1 tbsp white pepper powder
1 tsp black pepper powder-freshly ground
a pinch of turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp besan flour-kadalai maavu
2 tsp maida flour
2 tsp suji or semolina
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
200 ml oil -for deep frying
enough water to knead

Directions

1.Pulse the half-cooked macaroni without adding water.Mix all the other ingredients except oil and breadcrumbs. Knead it well and Roll them into sausage or kebab - shaped sticks.
2.Roll them in the fresh breadcrumbs
3.Heat oil in a frying pan.Drop the spices mixed Macaroni rolls and deep fry them till golden brown.
4.Serve this hot with tomato ketchup at teatime.

Tips:

1.U can even add mashed potatoes,grated carrots or shredded babycorns or grated cheese or grated paneer to this macaroni-spices mix and try this fry.
2.If U r not a vegetarian,U can beat 2 eggs and dip it in it before rolling it in Fresh Breadcrumbs.
3.U can try this fry with half-cooked pasta or noodles.but remember it shd only be half- done and pulsed with the above shown spices.
