Masala Rings

Yet another tasty as well as easy teatime snack recipe is given here to try at home.Some may avoid fried items while others may have softcorner for fried snacks.U can use it as an accompaniment to variety rices or kara Kuzhambu Sadham.The taste of the dish differs with the spices added.Expert hands can try this recipe with Veg or Non-Veg stuffing round (firm) tomato slice(edges) as tomato rings or onion rings,capsicum rings,prawns or squid rings etc.This teatime snack can be easily tried at home in 15 mins time and this serves 4 nos.Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Crispy Masala Rings:
Ingredients: 
    1/4 cup maida flour
    1 tbsp corn flour
    1 tsp besan flour
    1/6 tsp chilli powder
    1/6 tsp maze powder
    1/6 tsp salt
    40 - 50ml lukewarm water
    200 ml refined oil 

Directions:  
    1.Take a bowl,add maida,corn flour,chilli powder,besan flour,maze powder and salt.Mix this well.
    2.Add lukewarm water to this flour-mix (little by little)and mix this well.(the batter should be as thick as
chapati batter.Make small round-shaped nice luking loops or rings(sprinkle refined flour often as needed).
    3.Heat oil in a kadai,
    4.Deep-fry the rings till they turn golden brown on both sides.
    5.Serve this Crispy Masala Rings with Tomato Ketchup as teatime snack or as an accompaniment to Variety Rices.
