Olive Chutney

This Chutney is healthy, nicely olive-flavored and super yumm. If U have extra Canned olives at home or left-over Olives untouched, then  try  this chutney before it go wasted. This very simple and easy to do chutney needs 5 mins time in the kitchen and serves 4 nos.U can use it as a spread(centre) for Masala Dosa or Vada Pav instead of  red chilli chutney or Peanut chutney spread respectively - if done without grated coconut but adding 1 sambar onion instead. This can best-accompany all Indian Breads and variety rices.Try it at home when U need a healthy variation. Enjoy Easy recipes at home. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.
