U can try amazingly easy good recipes (cooking/non-cooking) to appetize n impress ur Luvd ones during weekends. Tried it few days back and this Healthy Mixed Salad which has become an instant hit in our family (with guests 2) this weekend. Kids will Luv this colourfilled ingredients!. No hard rules for the Ingredients and the dressing's choice. Do it with ur choice of Veg ingredients or make it healthier by adding 1/4 cup Apple Slices,2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds and few black seedless Grapes (Small). Enjoy Healthy n Easy recipes at home!. Healthy Breakfast Salad
Ingredients:
2 tsp (Julienned) Vegetable /each - like carrot,cabbage,coloured capsicum slices,cucumber,tomato, etc
2 tsp boiled red kidney beans,white chickpeas,corn kernels and Green moongdal sprouts/ each.
5 green and black olives
2 tsp lettuce,spinch ,basil leaves / each
For the dressing:
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/5 tsp salt
1/5 tsp white pepper powder
2 tsp Tomato n garlic sauce
1/2 tsp parsley
Directions:
1.Take a Salad bowl.Add and mix all the ingredients except the dressing first.
2.Take a small bowl and mix the dressing ingredients and add it to the Salad bowl.
3.Serve this colourful Salad as such or chilled with breakfast or a light meal.
Try the above said homely dressing or ( not on Diet) try this Salad with an Yumm Mayo dressing for Ur Luvd ones .
Pulse the following ingredients 1 -2 times
1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/6 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Parsley
