Soya Chunks Veg.Curry

This is incredibly easy to cook and truly tasty veg Curry with soya chunks.Enjoy the goodness of the Soya Chunks like never before.Try this wonderfully light Veg Masala and add your comments.Enjoy it with Steamed rice or Indian Breads.Enjoy ur Meal!.BonAppetit!.

Soya Chunks Veg. Curry - Soya chunks cooked with veg.tomato and spices
Ingredients
    15 soya chunks
    1 cup chopped mixed vegetables(potato,carrots,beans,green peas,caulifower florets,etc)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    1/2 tsp chilli powder
    1/2 tsp any good Subji masala
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    4 tbsp grated coconut paste with 1 tsp fennel seeds, 3 garlic cloves, 4 green chillies
    1 tbsp refined oil
    1 tsp salt
    few chopped curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves
    300 ml water

Directions

    1.Soak 1 cup of soya chunks in hot water for 15 mins.Then drain the water completely.Squeeze the water
out of the soya chunks with your hand.Then pour cold water on it and soak for a min.Then drain the water
and squeeze the water.
    2.Heat a kadai and pour refined oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, chopped tomato,curry leaves
and turmeric powder.
    3.Stir-fry the vegetables after the tomato begins to melt and oil separates from the mixture.
    4. Now add soya chunks with enough water and salt.
    5.When the vegetables are half-cooked, add coconut paste to the masala. Also add chilli powder and subji powder.mix this well.
    6.Let the gravy simmer well till oil separates from the masala.
Note:
Soyachunks are Soyaballs or mealmaker.
