Soya 65- Soya Chunks shallow fried with spices
Ingredients:
50 gms Soya Chunks
1/4 tsp chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp saunf powder
1/4 tsp curry masala powder
3/4 tsp Aachi chicken 65 powder
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tbsp yoghurt
1 spring curry leaves
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp mustard seeds-optional-adds flavour
2 tbsp refined oil
Directions:
1.Clean Soya Chunks with water and soak the chunks in 1000ml water for a min and squeez them to drain excess water.
2.Add all the ingredients except mustard seeds,curry leaves and oil.Mix them well for a min.
3.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick frying pan,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and stir well.
4.Add the spices mixed soya chunks and shallow fry them - stir fry them for 3-4 mins till done golden brown.
5.Serve with Sambar or Curd rice - an ideal combination.Enjoy!.Bon Appetit!.
