Chicken Stir-fry

This tasty stir-fry needs 15- 18 mins cooking time and a good combination for Coconut Rice,Sambar Rice or Variety Rices or Indian Breads.This serves 4 nos.It can be done with the left-over A/N Chicken Curry or Kuzhambu(cleaned and shredded - no-need of oil-roasting).This Bhurji type Stir-fry can be tried for variation.U can add grated coconut(1 tbsp) in Step with coriander leaves. Enjoy Easy n Tasty Cooking at home. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!

Chicken Stir-fry
Ingredients:
200 gms boneless chicken
2 medium-sized Onions- finely chopped
1 green chilli - chopped fine
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp mutton masala or subji masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 sp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
few curry leaves and coriander leaves
1 tbsp + 1 tsp refined oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
1.Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder,lemon juice and little salt for 30 mins.
2.Heat oil in a kadai and stir-fry the chicken pieces for 7-8 mins till done.Leave it to cool.Shredd them fine
3.Heat oil,splutter mustard seeds,chopped onions,green chilli and curry leaves.Stir-fry for 3 mins.
4.Add Ginger-garlic paste and fry it for 2 more mins.
5.Add Shredded Chicken pieces, mutton or subji masala ,garam masala and salt.Stir-fry it for 2-3 mins and add coriander leaves.Mix it well.Turn off the flame.
6.Serve it hot with Coconut Rice,Sambar Rice or Variety Rices or with Indian Breads.
