Sesame Paneer Tikka(Kebab)

This recipe states a simple n yumm Sesame Flavored Paneer Tikka or Kebab. U can try this recipe with Tofu(Bean Cottage Cheese),Soy Chunks,Fish Fillets,Prawns,Egg  and Chicken slices.Very Easy to do as it needs a coarsely ground paste with Tikka or Kebab Masala and 10 mins cooking time alone. U can do deep or shallow-fry or grill the Masala spiked Paneer or Tofu to get it done. Try this deliciously flavored Paneer Tikka and Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Sesame Paneer Tikka
Ingredients
150 gms Paneer or Tofu - clean and slice into pieces
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 garlic cloves
1 sambar onion
1 inch sized Ginger piece
3 red chillies
3-4 black peppercorns
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soy sauce
a pinch of sugar
a pinch of turmeric powder
1 tsp Tikka or Kebab Masala
oil need to deep or shallow fry or Grill
2-3 Lemon Wedges
Directions:
1.Dry roast white sesame seeds for 2-3 mins on lowflame till it turns colour.Add garlic cloves,ginger,onion,red
chillies and black peppercorns.Grind it coarsely adding 1 tbsp water and needed salt.
2.Mix it with Tikka or Kebab Masala(of Ur choice),turmeric powder,a pinch of sugar and soy sauce.
3.Apply it over the Paneer or Tofu slices.
4.Heat oil in a tawa or pan or Grill-Toaster and shallow-fry or Deep-fry or Grill the Paneer(Tofu) till its done
golden brown.
5.Serve it hot with lemon wedges.Yumm Accompaniment to Rice Varieties,Pulao or Biryani.That's All!.
