This deliciously yumm Energy Bars need just 2 mins (like Maggi Noodles) Cooking time and need no baking. Very easy to make. This makes about 8-10 bars using this measurements.U can substitute dry fruits like raisins or walnuts or almonds or dessicated coconut or milk chocolate or pulsed roasted sesame seeds for choco chips and dates. Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal - dry-roasted for a min
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup pulsed Dates
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

1.Stir-cook choco chips for 10 secs and add all other ingredients and stir it for a min on low flame.
2.Gather and Mix it thoroughly in a bowl.
3.Let it settle in the refrigerator for half an hour.Then,roll into bars of 2 inches length .
4.Store in an airtight jar and keep it refrigerated for up to one week.
