Chilli Chapati Fry

Thus done Chilli Chapati Fry is so yumm and Easy to make. This needs approximately 10 mins Cooking time and serves an evening tiffin for 4 nos or shortmeal for 2 nos. This dish turned out awesome n tasted so good evenif done with leftovers when served with onion-cucumber raita. This goes well with Yogurt Mixed Chutney. Try this tasty Chilli Chapati Fry and Enjoy Easy n tasty Cooking at home!. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!

Chilli Chapati Fry
Ingredients:
2 leftover chapati - sliced fine  - Cleaned well
2 tbsp chilli garlic tomato ketchup
a pinch grated ginger
2-3 re chillies or green chilli
2-3 medium sized Onion - sliced fine
1/4 tsp chilli powder
2  tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt - to taste
1/2 capsicum - sliced
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
few coriander leaves
4-5 - ghee roasted cashewnuts
2 tsp oil
Directions:
1.Heat oil in a non-stick kadai. Fry grated ginger,sliced onions,red chillies and capsicum slices. Saute it for 2
mins.
2.Add tomato ketchup and chilli powder to it.Stir-cook for a min or 2.
3.Add Soy sauce,salt and Sugar.Stir it well for a min.
4.Add the sliced chapati pieces and stir-cook for 3 mins on lowflame.
5.Add spring onions and coriander leaves. Mix it well.

6.Serve it hot with ghee-roasted cashews added and Ur choice of raita.

this has been running in my family over ages now...all the left over chapathis of last night ...we remix it and have in more or less similar form next day in morning !
