Tried it last night after tasting it in my relative's (a PG Degree holder in Home Science & an Inspiration for me) home this Pongal Day. I have come across Yoghurt n Peas Pulao in Priya Suresh's Page Last month. This Pulao can be an ideal replacement for Curd rice and requires no taste-match or accompaniment since it can be taken with seedless Grapes added. If needed serve it with Chicken 65 or Gobi or Soya or Mushroom 65.Give it a try at home as it rquires 15 mins cooking time and serves 3-4 nos.U can try this yoghurt with Pomegranate or Apple otherwise with Veggies like Grated Carrot, Cucumber,Green Peas etc. Try it at home and Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.
