Two-in-One Pizza

It is not an authentic recipe but a handy one to try - if U have picky-eaters at home. I tried it with many sauces and found this one real Yumm!. The baking time could differ by 1-2 mins (Check ur M/W Oven manual before proceeding to the Kitchen).Kids of all ages will luv it. U can try it with different bases like Bread slices, Bun, Pancakes, Idli or with Spaghetti or Macaroni Pizza and with different toppings like Egg Omelette, Bull's Eye,Fish Tikka,Tuna flakes,Chilli Chicken,Chilli Prawns,Sausage,Baked Beans,French Fries, Grated Paneer, Chopped Spinach, Sweet Corns, Choicest Fruits. Enjoy it any time!.BonAppetit!.

 Two-In-One Pizza - Cheesy Pizza done with Scrambled Egg and the other half with Chicken Tikka with other toppings
1 medium sized Pizza Base (8''or 12")

For the Toppings:
1 Scrambled Egg with a pinch of salt
30 gm  Chicken Tikka  Masala
2 Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)
5-6 Capsicum slices
2-3 tbsp Pizza Sauce
2 Black Olives (halved)
20 gm grated Mozzarella Cheese (pizza cheese)
1 tsp Butter
(Pls don't add onion as I did in the pic)

For the Pizza:
1.Take the pizza base,apply or brush it with 1 tbsp butter and M/W for 40 secs on high.
2.Take it out,spread  Pizza Sauce over it.Then,spread the scrambled Egg on half  of the pizza sauce and the shredded Chicken Tikka  Masala on the other-half.
3.Add the other pizza toppings like chopped cherry tomato, chopped black olives,capsicum slices and grated mozzarella cheese.
4.Bake it in the Microwave oven on high for 2 mins and then on medium-high for 1 or 2 mins or till the spreaded cheese melts.
5.Two-in-One Pizza is ready to be served.U can serve it as a snack or meal.

For the Pizza Sauce:
   1 garlic flake - pressed or pasted
   1 tsp paprika (dried capsicum) powder
   2 tbsp tomato ketchup
   4 tbsp tomato puree
   1 tsp sugar
   1/2 tsp white pepper powder
   a pinch of powdered oregano
   1/5 tsp salt
   1 tsp oil
    1.Heat oil in a pan.Add pressed or pasted garlic.Saute this till done( for a min on low flame).
    2.Add tomato ketchup,tomato puree,paprika,sugar,salt,white pepper powder and oregano and mix well for 3 - 5 mins on low flame.
    3.Cool this mixture.U can store this pizza sauce for a week in the fridge.U can do 2 large or 3-4 medium size pizza with this.
