Curried Chicken with Cream Sauce - using Grill
Ingredients:
250 gm Chicken Breast - 2 nos
1/4 tsp chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp curry masala
1/2 tsp white pepper masala powder
4 tsp refined oil
1/4 tsp tsp salt
For the Cream sauce:
1 tsp cheese
20 ml cream
25-30 ml white sauce
1/4 tsp garlic - pressed
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp chopped parsley
Directions:
1.Marinate the chicken pieces with curry masala powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger-garlic paste, pepper masala and salt
2.Grill in the preheated M/Oven in Grill mode and Grill for 10 mins the first side.Then brush with oil and grill
the other side for 7-8 mins more - before the marinade changes colour.
3.Serve it with Cream sauce.
For the White Sauce:
1.Take a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 tbsp butter by microwaving it on high for 50 secs.
2.Add (mix) 2 tsp refined flour, a pinch of white pepper powder and salt and microwave it on high for 1 min and stir-it adding 30 ml milk and again for 2 more mins.Take it out.
For the Cream Sauce:
1.Add oil and chopped garlic and microwave it on high for a min.
2.Take the bowl out .Add white sauce, cream and cheese (except parsley) and Microwave it on high for 3-4 mins.
3.Stir it till it thickens well and microwave it for 2 mins on medium high.
4.Serve the Curried Chicken Breasts garnished with this Cream Sauce.
