Caramelized & Spicy Noodles Fry

I got this Recipe Idea when I was frying the Noodles for American Chopsuey at home.U can try this recipe when u r in no mood to spend time in the Kitchen or go and buy in shops but in need of a snack in few mins time.It is tastier than the Rice or Maida Murukku (Tamilian Snack Item) and if u try it even spicier U can have it as side-dish for Sambar or Kara Kuzhambu. U just need to spend 7 mins in the Kitchen for the dish.Enjoy Ur evenings with this Spicy Noodles.

Spicy Noodles  Fry - Noodles deep-fried with spices

Ingredients:

1 Maggi Noodles Pack
a pinch of Chilli Powder
a pinch of salt(very little only)
a pinch of white pepper powder
1/4 tsp corn flour
2 tsp water
200ml refined oil

Directions:

1.Break the Noodles in to 6 portions.
2.Dissolve the Spices, salt and Corn flour in the water and sprinkle them over the broken Noodles and toss or mix it with hands so that the spices spread evenly.
3.Now heat 200 ml oil in a frying pan and deep fry the noodles each portions separately in oil till it turns golden brown.
4.Serve these Spicy Noodles with ur fav ketch-up and Enjoy your Teatime.

Note:
1.U can deep-fry the plain Noodles till it turns golden brown and Put them in a closed vessel with chilli powder, white pepper powder and salt. and toss it till the spices gets evenly mixed. U can store this Noodles Fry for atleast two days using an airtight container.
2.Similarly U can do  Caramelized Noodles -  for ur kids at home.

For Caramelized Noodles:  It tastes so Good and U barely need 5-6 mins to give it a try.

Ingredients
1 pack of Noodles
100 gms of sugar
200 ml refined oil

Directions:
1.Break the noodles into 4-5 portionsDeep-fry the noodles using refined oil till it begins to turn golden brown each portion separately. When the noodles begin to change colour, turn off the flame.Wipe out excess oil using a tissue paper.
2.Heat a thick bottomed kadai and caramelize the sugar (without adding anything). When the sugar begins to melt, just add the fried noodles and and stir the noodles for a min or more till the sugar gets coated evenly. Don't repeat it over 1 1/2 mins(it turns lil bitter) - after adding the fried noodles.Turn off the flame.Leave it for 5mins and u can see the noodles coated with sugar syrup nicely.
