Potato(or Veg.) Stew

This recipe is from my Mother-in-Law Mrs.Creda Isaac. She has taught me many of her family recipes and this is one of them. She used to add a Seven Spices Mix(Ground Masala) in the recipe which makes the Stew tastier than my less-spiced plain preparation. This can be done in 25 mins time and best served with all Indian Pulavs, ghee lice, jeera rice,Biryanis,Appam,Idli,Dosa and other Indian Breads.Try this tasty potato(vegetable) stew at home & drop ur comments.
