Grilled Garlic Ladiesfinger

Yumm and lip-smackingly good Grilled Garlic Ladiesfinger recipe is given here to try at home.This goes well with curd rice or rice with rasam or Sambar or Variety rices or Indian Breads.U can try this recipe with Brinjal, Capsicum slices, Potato wedges, tomato slices,etc.This doesn't cost much and easy to make.Enjoy delicious Grilled Spicy Vegetable!. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Grilled Garlic Ladiesfinger
Ingredients:
150 gms ladiesfinger(15 -16 nos) - cleaned and slit in the middle
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp besan flour
1 green chilli + 2-3 big garlic cloves - pasted fine
1/2 tsp subzi masala
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
4  tsp refined oil
2 tsp coconut oil or olive oil
Directions:
1.Clean the ladies fingers and slit open it from the centre - keeping the edges intact.
2.Mix together chilli-garlic paste,cornflour,besanflour,subzi masala,lemon juice,salt,chat masala,2 tsp water and 1 tbsp refined oil.
3.Apply this spicy paste over the ladies fingers and in the slit open centre.
4.Grease the drip tray with the remaining 1 tsp oil.Preheat the oven to 160 C.
5.Arrange the masala applied Ladiesfingers on the greased drip tray.Brush them with coconut or olive oil .
6.Grill for 18 -20 mins on the middle rack.
7.Serve it hot with curd rice or rice with rasam or Sambar or Variety rices or Indian Breads.
