Dates Pancake

Anyone can try this spongy pancake effortlessly.There are mind-blowing varieties of pancake and this is one
among them.Delicate,spongy,light as well as filling and done deliciously tasty.Kids will luv it.Try this Dates Pancake at home. Enjoy a tasteful Breakfast/Teatime!. BonAppetit!.

Dates Pancake - Feels Good and Healthy
Ingredients:
1 cup refined flour
15 dates - seedless -pulsed and pasted fine with 30 ml water or milk
2 eggs - well beaten
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup warm water
4 tsp sugar
a pinch of salt

Directions:
1.Dissolve refined flour in warm water adding baking soda,salt and sugar without any lumps.Batter should be as thick as the Indian Pancake(Uthappam) batter.
2.Add the well-beaten eggs and mix it well.
3.Add the pulsed fine dates and mix well.
4.Heat non-stick Tawa and spread 5 inches wide thick pancakes without out greasing the tawa. Flip it after the side gets light brown.
5.Glaze it with dash of(a tbsp) honey or Jam and serve it hot.
