Choco Truffles Cake

Choco Truffles Cake is a layered chocolate sponge cake done with chocolate cream fillings and Ganache. It has atleast three layers of chocolate sponge cake that are filled and  topped with Ganache or chocolate glaze or chocolate fondant.If U do or buy the Chocolate sponge cake separately,then U can do the Chocolate Cream and Ganache easily in 12-15 mins and finish the cake with chill-baking. Otherwise You need around 40 mins Cooking time in total and an hour chill-baking of refrigeration.Yield is a worth-trying Choco Truffles Cake that serves 4- 6 nos. Choco Truffles Cake - A rich Chocolate Tempting Dessert anytime
Ingredients
    1/5 cup butter
    5 tbsp semi sweet chocolate - chopped
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/5 tsp salt
    40 ml boiled lowfat milk
    60 ml warm water
    For the Filling:
    2 tbsp butter
    5 tbsp semi sweet chocolate - chopped
    1  cup castor sugar
    1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    Ganache:
    10 tbsp semi sweet chocolate - chopped
    2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
    15 gms butter(optional)
Directions
    1.In a large milk boiler,melt the butter,then add the chopped chocolate and stir-cook till it dissolves.Add the boiled lowfat milk with warm water and stir-cook till it blends well for 2-3 mins.Turn off the flame and leave it for 10 minutes.
    2.Beat the eggs well with vanilla essence. Mix this with the step:1 chocolate mixture and beat it till well.
    3.Mix with all-pupose flour,sugar,baking powder and salt.Stir in the Step 2 chocolate mixture and mix well.
    4.Grease 3 baking pans and pour in this step 3 batter into 3 pans equally.Pre-heat the Oven to 325 degree F and bake it for 20-22 minutes or till a fork inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and move the pans to wire racks to cool completely.U can do one sponge cake and do 3 slices as layers to go easy.
    5.For the filling, melt butter and chocolate in a milk boiler or using a double boiling.Add castor sugar and cream and stir-cook till it blends well.
    6.For the Ganache, place the chopped chocolate and butter (optional) in a milk boiler.Keep it aside.Boil the cream in a bowl and  Pour over chocolate, whisk till it becomes smooth. Cool and stir it often till Ganache reaches the required thickness or consistency for spreading.
    7. Place one cake layer on a serving plate,then spread the 1/2 of the filling, place another cake layer with remaining fillings. Place the third layer on top and Spread ganache over it and sides of cake.
    8.Chill bake it for an hour in the refrigerator.Serve it with Icing Cream topped with chopped chocolate and Cherry.
