Potato Chickpeas Cheesy Kebab

'Crispy outer-layer with less spiced and softy texture inside' - best describes this Kebab and makes U long for more.This Cheesy kebab  will melt in ur mouth as soon as U realize the taste of it.This Kebab is surely one of the Wonders of the listed Teatime Snacks.This will  that will go with Tomato Ketch-up or can have it alone.It requires minimum ingredients and Serves 5.U can try this recipe with Potato alone.Enjoy ur Teatime!.Bon Appetit!.

Potato Chickpeas Cheesy Kebab - Soft kebab made with Potato,Chickpeas and Cheese

Ingredients
1 potato - boiled,peeled and mashed
50 gms White Chickpeas - soaked for 4 hours,boiled and mashed
1 tsp finely chopped celery or coriander leaves
a pinch of garam masala
1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp white Pepper powder
2 Low Fat sandwich cheese spreads(salted)
2 tbsp corn flour
5 tbsp Plain Cornflakes- (finely powdered)
3 tbsp bread crumbs(fresh)
1/4 tsp salt - to taste
1 tbsp oil + 50 -70 ml oil -for shallow frying


Directions
1.Heat 1 tsp oil and add ginger-garlic paste,mashed potato,mashed chickepeas and salt  and Saute it for 3-4 mins.
2.Add garam masla(a pinch) and chopped celery or coriander leaves.Stir it well for a min.Turn off the flame.
3.Add white pepper powder,2 cheese spreads,corn flour and bread crumbs and mix well.
4.Do round shape Kebabs,roll it in Cornflakes powder and Shallow fry it in 50 - 70 ml oil till both sides turn light brown.
4.Serve it hot with Tomato Ketch-up as a Teatime Snack.
