Carrot Chutney

I learned this Veg.Chutney 15 years ago - in my In-Laws house after I got married.Chutney can be made with grains like split besan dhal, uraddhal, with veg.s like coconut, ridgegourd peel, etc, fruits and dry fruits like Mango,... Raisins etc.U can do wonders with Carrot.for eg rice,Cake,Halwa,Soup,Salad,Juice,Jam, Sidedishes etc,.One of them is this Chutney - a Very tasty and colourful sidedish. This is good for kids and this tastes sweeter than the coconut chutney.U need 1- 2 tbsp grated Coconut in is preparation. This can pair-up with almost all Indian breads like Chapati,Idli,Dosa etc.U need 6-7 mins time to prepare this easy and tasty Carrot Chutney at home.
