Tandoori Chicken - a variation

This Very tasty dry chicken is prepared using tandoori oven or BBQ .Bon Appetit!.

Tandoori Chicken - a variation  - Chicken prepared using tandoori oven

Ingredients

250g chicken pieces
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp fresh pepper powder
1/2 tsp green cardamom - 1,cloves- 1,cinnamon stick- 1/2 powdered
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp fresh curd
2 tbsp ghee or butter
1 tsp chat powder

Directions

1.Mix all the ingredients except the last 2 and marinate for an hour.
2.Put these pieces in a tandoori oven for 7-8 mins.
3.After 7 mins, take them out and brush with ghee or butter and then with 1 tsp chat powder.
4.Put them in tandoori oven for 5-6 more mins.take them out after 6 mins.
5.Serve them hot with chicken fried rice.

Tips:
U can BBQ this or try using Grill (both in gas and using M.Oven).See the Grilled Chicken Recipe for the
Grill timings(depends on the qty of the chicken used).
