Strawberry Guava Healthy Soymilkshake - Guava and soy milk blended with sugar and horlicks
Ingredients
3 quava fruits(stawberry guavas)-cut into pieces
1 litre soy milk
5 tbsp women's horlicks-caramel flavour
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 drops vanilla essence
Directions
1.Blend the quava pieces and soymilk first for 3-4 times.
2.Add sugar,vanilla essence and horlicks.Blend this for 2-3 times.
3.Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10-15 mins and serve chilled in 4 glasses.This quava-soy milkshake is gritty in texture.
