Scrambled Egg-Sausage

This recipe serves U a  tasty sausage-egg scramble for morning breakfast.Can be done in 15 mins cooking time .  Best done with fresh sausages than the frozen one.Try this at home and enjoy!.Bon Appetit!.

Scrambled Egg-Sausage - Fried Sausage pieces with scrambled eggs and spices

Ingredients

10 fresh chicken sausages-cut into round pieces or u can even chop it
3 beaten eggs
3 tbsp grated coconut
2 tsp fresh ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp dry ginger powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
4 tbsp coconut -greenchilli-jeera paste(3-4 tbsp grated coconut,1 g chilli ground with 1/2 tsp jeera)
few curry leaves
few coriander leaves
1 tsp salt or to taste
4 tsp refined oil

Directions

1.Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai and saute the sausage pieces for a min. Add chilli powder,nutmeg powder and dry ginger powder and saute this for 5 mins at-least on medium flame.keep this aside.
2.Heat 2 tsp oil and add curry leaves and the beaten eggs and scramble well for 2-3 mins on medium flame.Add green chilli paste,ginger-garlic paste and few coriander leaves.Saute for 2-3 mins.
3.Add masala fried sausages and saute for another 3 mins.
4.Best served with a smoothie or a soymilkshake.

Tips:

1.U can try Sausage-Egg Podimas with the given ingredients.Here sausages shd be shallow-fied in Tawa first and then finely chopped and shallow fried with step 1 spices and then repeat step2 and step3 b4 serving the dish.
2.Excellent dish.U can have it as such anytime with a drink or as a side-dish to accompany rice and curry.U can even do bread or Chapathi rolls with this podimas.
