Sausage-Cheese Bread Roll
Ingredients
6 fresh chicken sausages - shallow fried in oil 2 mins per side on medium flame
6 salted cheese spread- preferably low fat
6 Bread Slices
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 eggs - beaten well with 2 tsp corn flour
required water
3 tbsp Tomato-chilli(or garlic) sauce
150 ml refined oil -for deep frying
Directions
1.Cut the sausages to the length of cheese spreads.
2.Slit open the shallow-fried sausages.
3.Apply 1 tsp tomato-chilli(or garlic) sauce on one side of the bread slices.Spread cheese on them so that the tomato sauce touches the cheese spreads from inside..
4.Roll the 6 sausages with cheese spreaded bread slices - wet them little to be rolled.Like u prepare 6 sausages.
5.Dip this in Egg- corn flour mix and then roll them on breadcrumbs.
6.Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them in oil till they turn golden brown in colour.
