IceCream Fry

This dessert is made by a scoop of Icecream frozen well and coated in sugar-coconut mixture, stuffed inside dough before briefly deep frying it.The extremely low temperature(frozen state) of the icecream prevents it from melting while being fried.U should scoop the Icecream before freezing it for an hour- counting how many u spread like puri. Its a lot easier to do and tastes so good-when done.Sprinkle powdered sugar and a dash of honey before serving it immediately. It shd be consumed as soon as it served.
